Hi Melissa, my name is Dom and I work for a church in Australia. I was reaching out to see if we could use one of your songs (The Most Wonderful Time of the Year) from 'The Ritz' for a Christmas video we're producing. We think it would a perfect fit for what we're going for. It will only be shown once in a service and then online, with no proceeds or payment for viewing. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. Thanks.
Melissa: Given your Jazz at Kitano concert next month, I wanted to touch base with you to see if there might be any interest in coordinating an ad in our forthcoming December “Holidays Issue", which will double as our special VOCALS ISSUE. Features and the front-portion of the CD review section will be dedicated to vocalists, as well as preferential placement for all vocal-related ads while space lasts!
Though the ad request deadline is technically today - if you can get back to me by this weekend (otherwise by Mon. at noon latest), I can let you know about our “eleventh hour" discounted rate offers (artwork submission deadline we can extend to next week, by Fri. 11/23, the drop deadline). We also offer an in-house ad design service for a one-time nominal fee, if you’d like to find out more info. on that option. Let me know if you would like for me to email you our Media Kit.
There is absolutely no better way to reach the world’s largest jazz market than the exposure of TNYCJR\'s high visibility both in print and online. In addition to our spotlight on vocals, this issue includes our customary two-page “Holiday Gift Guide" with plenty of suggestions for that perfect jazz gift for the jazz lover-s in everyone\'s life. The December edition is always a popular and highly sought-after issue among our readers and a high visibility one for advertisers - each reasons why we print up and distribute a few extra thousand copies (it makes a great stocking stuffer as well….)
In addition to our availability at hundreds of locations throughout the city, we are distributed at select tri-state, national and international locales (we also have an international subscriber base). And if the high exposure of the December issue wasn’t enough, every issue is also made available online via our homepage as free PDF downloads for up to two years after publication date, extending the lifetime and exposure for all ads appearing in our pages.
Let me know if you have any questions - and of course, thanks for your consideration.
Happy - and jazzy - early Holidaze wishes to you.

Hi Melissa, please put me on your mailing list.
I need a copy of your song "Falling in love with love". It's on the CD of the concert in St. John.
Really enjoyed playing with you the other night and would love to play again! You are a killer!
Please keep me on the radar
